Return & Refund Policy
At Aylev, we want you to be happy with your order. If we made a mistake, your item arrived defective or damaged, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away at support@aylev.com so we can help.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please email us at support@aylev.com with your order information and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and help make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another resolution.
Personalized and Custom Items
Because many of our products are personalized or custom-made, returns may be limited unless the item is defective, damaged, or there was an error on our part.
If you are unhappy with your custom order, please still contact us. We review each situation individually and will do our best to help.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
Items returned not in their original condition
Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Returns received after the approved return window
Orders where only part of the order is eligible for a refund
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we received it. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If you have not received your refund after several business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still need help, contact us at support@aylev.com.
Exchanges and Replacements
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. If you need a replacement or exchange, please email us at support@aylev.com.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email support@aylev.com
- Provide your order name, order number if available, and the reason for the return
- We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
- If applicable, we will email you a prepaid return label
- Package your order securely and attach the return label
- Please allow 5–10 business days for our warehouse to receive your return and an additional 5–7 business days for processing
