Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If we made a mistake, you received a defective product, or you're simply not happy with your order, let us know. Email us at support@aylev.com and we’ll make it right.

  • Return Window:
    Our return policy lasts 90 days from the date of delivery. After 90 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
    That said, there may be exceptions—so if you believe your situation warrants one, please email us. We’re happy to review it on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refund Process:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Exchanges:
     We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@aylev.com.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at support@aylev.com

  2. Include your order number in the email

  3. Let us know the reason for your return

  4. We’ll email you a pre-paid return label

  5. Package the item and attach the label

  6. Allow 5–10 business days for our warehouse to receive your return and 5–7 more days for processing
